About Pax
Vision & mission
Pax started with a vision; “Improve the world with innovation and integrity”. We want to be world improvers… people that make the world a better place. If we can help our customers to perform better and more efficient transformer tests, then we have reached one of our most important objectives.
We believe that efficient and safe transmission and distribution of electric energy is one important key to improve the world. It is not a coincidence that Pax means peace in Latin. Saving lives and the environment as well as saving time and money are all important factors for the industry and we want to play an active part with you and your organization in doing just that.
Our mission statement summarizes what we do and why: “We use our core competence to develop, manufacture and market products and services that optimizes the lifespan and usage of critical components in the global electric transmission and distribution network.”
But there is more to it. A responsible organization must see the bigger picture. We are an international organization but with that come a global responsibility. We cannot, and will not, only look to our own needs and problems, but seek to understand and support the needs of others.
Quality & Environment
Our policy is based on our vision to continuously improve with innovation and integrity. The quality management system is based on the international standard ISO 9001 and our Quality Manual is available in pdf-format.
Our responsibilities
Customers
Our first responsibility is towards you as a customer. You are our number one priority. Without you we can do nothing. Our objective is to help you to perform your duties towards your customers in the best possible way. When your customer needs help; we will be there to back you up with products and services that do the job. Accurate, fast, flexible and cost effective. As simple as that.
Stakeholders
A company is an organization with many stakeholders, all with different objectives. We aim to deliver shareholder value to our owners, growth to our suppliers and a workplace environment that create energy and creativity among our staff. Pax shall be the best choice in whatever category you are in.
Society
The orange part of the X in Pax is glowing inside a black, bigger X. We want to be an active part in making the world a better, brighter place, not only to assist the electric power industry to keep the lights on, but for the people less fortunate in this world. It then comes as no surprise that one of our responsibilities is towards the global society, contributing to world peace and justice by supporting different humanitarian projects around the world.

Clean water
Pax support a water sanitation project in Guangxi province in China. This project gives the people of two small villages close to Yangshou the possibility to drink clean water that will protect them from diseases carried by polluted water.
Education and health
In Yunnan province in China, Pax sponsor a project in Guizho,
an area heavily polluted due to extensive coal mining. Together
with other sponsors, Pax support the plans for a health clinic to
give children a chance of necessary healthcare, which is not
available within the region today.
